Common Questions
What items qualify for consignment?
We consider furniture, décor, tools, and other household items in resale-ready condition. Individual items should generally be expected to sell for at least $35, with approximately $500 in estimated resale value across the items we accept.
Do I bring items to you?
Yes. After we’ve reviewed your photos and confirmed which items are a fit, we’ll arrange an intake appointment at our location. If you need help transporting items, we can discuss an optional pickup quote.
What happens if items don’t sell?
If an item doesn't sell within the agreed-upon period, you can choose to pick it up or have us donate it to one of our local charitable partners. We provide clear documentation for any donated goods.
Who decides the selling price?
You can tell us the price you’d like to ask for your item. If you’re unsure, we’ll research comparable items and recommend a listing price. You approve the price before we post your item, along with any guidelines for offers and markdowns.
How will I know what sold?
We provide a clear record of items accepted, items sold, and your payout so you can see exactly what happened with your things.
